"Sweetheart" - DT - TSS - BFS - Blush

Hello and welcome back once more.
Today I have my second share for February using Blue Fern Studios "Blush" collection for The Scrapbook Store. It's been a busy week for me creatively, and sometimes I find when I have done a lot in one week I tend to become a less is more girl. And you will see why when you keep scrolling.

"Sweetheart"

And so you see.....not a single extra added floral embellishment in sight. Simply cut elements from these beautiful patterned papers layered between some corrugated board and of course Dusty Attic chipboards.

I have layered the base pattered paper twice over. The left over pieces were cut down for photo matting and all the extra elements were cut and jigsawed around the photos.

These photos of my youngest were changed to a very sepia toned colour to help make them jump off the page from the red and yellow tones.

The beautiful chipboards were all dressed similarly. Two coats of gesso.....a little Sea Breeze ink....Star Dust Stickles and a coating of Crackle Accents to highlight the blue.

And the corrugated board was simply white washed with a watered down mix of water and gesso.

I have listed the goodies you would need for this layout! All available here at The Scrapbook Store.
